Police appeal for help to identify mystery man who suffered a heart attack on Boxing day

Detectives from Camden are appealing for help to identify or help trace the family of a mystery man who collapsed outside a London hospital on Boxing Day.

The man was put into induced after he suffered a heart attack outside University College Hospital in central London. Medical professionals have described his condition as life threatening.

No identification was found on him and police have now released an image of the man in a bid to track down family or friends who might recognise him.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: ‘Due to his poor state of health police are keen to trace his family as soon as possible.’

Officers have described the man as light-skinned black or of Asian origin.

Police added that it is possible he may be homeless.
